Practicing Resurrection Day 37

IMG_0973 (1)“Only hour by hour gratitude is strong enough to overcome all temptations to resentment.” ― Richard Rohr

Practicing gratitude helps me stay on the tracks of abundant life. When I forget to look for God’s fingerprints and gifts I lose sight and tend to jump the tracks. It usually takes me a bit before realize I have left the tracks, but all of a sudden I hear discontentment and complaining flowing out of my mouth and taking residence in my mind. I want to live in the boundaries that help me see all of life, full of gifts that God has for me and for those around me. I want to go where those tracks lead.
